From a 48-meter-long automated assembly line to 2-person work groups, CYP’s flexible production line configurations has the ability to fulfill different customer-specific requirements.

By implementing an automated product testing procedure, we are able to leave the more time consuming tasks to computers, and thus create a highly efficient testing environment to secure quality results.

At CYP, we understand that quality matters the most to our customers. In order to provide a better user experience, we have implemented various ISO standards. All aspects of production work closely with our quality control department to ensure that each and every CYP product is consistently made and highly reliable.

CYP implemented a barcode inventory management system in 2016, and later expanded its use to all of our associated PCB factories and manufacturers in 2019. This provides us with full traceability for our products and allows us to react and respond to any manufacturing problem in the shortest time possible.

The making of enclosures can be a time consuming task; however, through the implementation of 3D printing, we are able to prototype a 3D concept render in almost no time, improving manufacturing efficiency and quality across the board.

Thanks to the high material adaptability and flexibility of UV printing, CYP is capable of providing all kinds of customized printing services, thus allowing our customers’ products to have greater commercial impact.

The integration of MES allows us to ensure full manufacturing process transparency, enabling us to quickly deliver a customer’s requirements to the production line and document all the manufacturing details in real time.

By implementing the SAP ERP system to collect and manage an end-to-end view of data across all facets of our business, we are able to greatly reduce the cost of communication and make sure that every one of our customers’ needs are fulfilled..
