We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Website, as well as services provided on the Website at any time at our discretion. To gain access to the Website you may be asked to provide registration information or other feedback. MyCYP Membership

You agree that all information you provide for the MyCYP account is correct, up to date and complete, and We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time under our discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your MyCYP Account name and password safe, and notifying Innodisk if you suspect hacking or similar security breaches have occurred.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these actual money damages will be your sole remedy.

Any claims or disputes between you and CYP arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court, Republic of China.
