CYP launches a UHD+ HDMI matrix with four inputs and two outputs (CPLUS-V4H2HPIP) which supports PiP (Picture-in-Picture) and seamless switching functions. When applied to a video conference application, for example, it can easily show the current speaker as well as the product or material the speaker wants to present at the same time. It can be applied to educational fields as well. While a live video feed of the teacher is explaining the details of a lesson, a video of their whiteboard, or the lesson’s slides, can be effortlessly included in the stream, achieving the goals of remote teaching.

In these video conference and remote teaching solution examples, additional related products also come into play. One example is the USB 2.0 extender (CH-701TR), which allows users to greatly extend the range (up to 100m) of standard USB 2.0 products (such as web cams, storage, keyboard/mouse, etc.) expanding the options for the location and presentation of large-scale conferences. Another critical piece of the remote communication puzzle is their video streamer (CDPS-P311R) that, in addition to built in support for streaming to Facebook, YouTube, or Twitch, also allows for simultaneous local recording of the live video content. This makes sure that colleagues who couldn’t participate in a meeting, or students who failed to connect to the course in time, can watch the video after the live broadcast has completed without missing any video content.

Within the Pro AV field, CYP continues to provide solutions for audio and video signal processing and their related applications. More recently, they have developed a variety of integration solutions as well. Many of these products can be easily integrated into conference rooms, classrooms, medical venues, and other commercial sites, working smoothly in concert with the existing peripheral equipment (projectors, projection screens, lights and curtains, etc.) already in the installation to achieve a more intelligent, efficient, and, in some cases, automated environment.
