Cypress Technology (CYP) was founded in 1990 and specializes in the design and manufacture of innovative Pro AV and Multimedia products.
Our product range includes a wide variety of AV signal distributors, switches, scalers, extenders, and format converters designed to enhance and simplify the signal path between sources and displays, across a multitude of differing AV technology generations, to meet our customers' needs.


2024

  • 4K Naked Eye 3D Surgical Medical Image PC awarded Taiwan Excellence

2023

  • Military and marine certifications for M.A.R.S products.
  • QMS certification for medical products. 

2021

  • 4K@60 portable pattern generator and analyzer awarded Taiwan Excellence

2020

  • Obtained ISO 13485 Medical Devices Certification

2019

  • Invested in medical solution company TWIN BEANS and acquired 49% stock stake to move into the medical market by offering a medical recording solution for the operating room
  • Implemented SAP to boost enterprise resource planning
  • HDMI 2.1 eARC module launched in cooperation with a leading AVR manufacturer
